joay9 Terms & Conditions — User Agreement for Bangladesh Players

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern access to and use of the joay9 website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). joay9 operates as an online casino and sports betting service targeting adult players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

Throughout this Agreement, "joay9", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the joay9 platform and its operators. Each individual may hold only one (1) active joay9 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or payment method identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your joay9 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. joay9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Account verification ("KYC — Know Your Customer") may be required before you are permitted to withdraw funds. joay9 may request copies of government-issued identification (e.g., National ID Card, passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by joay9 may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the joay9 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

joay9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your joay9 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

joay9 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that defects will be corrected. Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, and events beyond joay9's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God) may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform. joay9 is not liable for losses incurred during such periods of unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude joay9's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
